hECA
Cell-centric assembly of a human cell atlas — 1.09M cells across 38 organs.
hECA is an infrastructure for cell-centric assembly of human cell atlases. We curated 1.09 million hierarchically annotated healthy cells from 116 published datasets spanning 38 human organs, and supported flexible cloud retrieval so that scattered datasets can be queried as a single dataset.
